🛠 I. Production & Fulfillment Timeline
🔧 Order Processing Time
- Orders are confirmed and processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
🏭 Production Lead Time
- Our digital printing machines are built-to-order with a typical production time of 17–21 business days after confirmation and payment.
📦 Total Lead Time Estimate
- By Air: ~21–25 days (Production + Transit)
- By Sea: ~47–60 days (Production + Transit)
🚚 II. Shipping Methods & Delivery Options
🌐 International Shipping Options
- Air Freight: 3–4 days transit time (fast, premium option)
- Sea Freight: 30–40 days transit time (cost-effective for heavy equipment)
🏠 Domestic (China) Shipping
- Standard: 2–5 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days (extra charges apply)
📄 Shipping Terms (EXW – Ex Works)
- Pickup point: Beijing, China
- We provide the following documentation:
- BL (Bill of Lading)
- Taxable BL (on request)
- Insurance is provided by WDS for all international shipments.
🤝 Using Your Own Freight Forwarder?
- Yes, we can coordinate with your appointed shipping agent in China.
- Just provide us with the contact details and preferred schedule.
💰 III. Shipping Charges
- Domestic Charges: Calculated at time of order processing.
- International Charges: Vary based on region, mode (air/sea), and packaging dimensions. You’ll receive a detailed shipping quote during the RFQ process or order confirmation.
🔍 IV. Order Tracking & Documents
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- Bill of Lading
- Other shipping documents as required
- You’ll be able to monitor your shipment online and prepare for customs clearance in advance.
